From a Little, Brown press release:

David Shelley and George Walkley are to be the new joint heads of Hachette Digital, the rebranded Hachette Audio imprint which was itself a rebranding of Time Warner Audio. Shelley, currently Paperback Publisher of Sphere, will add the role of Digital Publisher to his portfolio. He will direct the publishing process for e-books and podcasts, as well as audiobooks. Walkley, who is promoted from Business Manager of Orbit to Marketing Director, takes on the additional role of Director of Digital Strategy and he will be responsible for digital warehousing and asset management, and liaison with sister companies across the Hachette Book Group, as well as third parties. Both will report to CEO Ursula Mackenzie.
